zhāngxìnzhé - guòhuǒ

Zhāngxìnzhé de “Guòhuǒ” shì wǒ dào xiànzài wéizhǐ zuì xǐhuan de zhōngguó liúxíng gēqǔ. Nǐ zuì xǐhuan de gēqǔ shì nǎ yī shǒu? Cóng yī kāishǐ zhè shì zài wǒ de zǔguó —- Yìndùníxīyà hěn liúxíng de yī shǒu gē. Rán'ér wǒ zuìjìn cái zhīdào gēcí de hányì. Yóuqí lìng wǒ gǎndòng de shì gēqǔ de zhège bùfèn: 'Jìrán ài nán fēn shìfēi, jiù bié táobì yǒnggǎn miàn duì, gěile tā de xīn nǐ shìfǒu nénggòu yào dé huí.'

Zhè hěn yǒuqù, yīnwèi dāng wǒ hái bù zhīdào nàgè gēcí de hányì shí, wǒ xǐhuan de shì liǎng huò sān gè jù dì yī jùzi gēcí. Dànshì xiànzài, qiánshù de yòng jùzi yòng 'nénggòu yào dé huí' de jùzi de yīnyuè gēqǔ zài wǒ de nǎohǎi zhōng bùduàn de huánràozhe.

张信哲-过火

张信哲的《过火》是我到现在为止最喜欢的中国流行歌曲。你最喜欢的歌曲是哪一首？从一开始这是在我的祖国——印度尼西亚很流行的一首歌。然而我最近才知道歌词的含义。尤其令我感动的是歌曲的这个部分：「既然爱难分是非，就别逃避勇敢面对，给了他的心你是否能够要得回。」

这很有趣，因为当我还不知道那个歌词的含义时，我喜欢的是两或三个句第一句子歌词。但是现在，前述的用句子用「能够要得回」的句子的音乐歌曲在我的脑海中不断地环绕着。

jeff chang - cross the line

Jeff Chang's Cross The Line is my all-time favorite of Chinese pop song. What is yours? Since the beginning it was very popular in Indonesia, the country I'm in. However only lately I know the meaning of the lyrics. I was moved especially with this part of the song: 'It is difficult to judge who is right and wrong in love. You shouldn't escape, face it bravely! Having given him your heart, are you able to take it back?'

It was funny because when I didn't know the meaning I liked the music of two or three first sentences, but now the music of aforementioned sentences with 'able to take it back' keeps playing in my head.

mèng jiàn zhōngguó -- dì èr bùfèn

Dì èr tiān wǎnshàng, mèng jiànle wǒ zài yīgè jiǔdiàn de fángjiān lǐ shōushí dōngxi, bǎ xínglǐ fàng zài shǒutí xiāng hé dàizi lǐ. Wǒ yào hé yīxiē péngyǒu jìxù wǒ de lǚchéng, wǒmen jìhuà dào xiānggǎng. Yǒuyī gèrén tí dào jiānshājǔ.

Zài zhège mèng lǐ méiyǒu shíwù huò shíshàng diànpù, chúle jiǔdiàn de fángjiān, zhěnggè mèng dōu zài lùshàng.

梦见中国 -- 第二部分

第二天晚上，梦见了我在一个酒店的房间里收拾东西，把行李放在手提箱和袋子里。我要和一些朋友继续我的旅程，我们计划到香港。有一个人提到尖沙咀。

在这个梦里没有食物或时尚店铺，除了酒店的房间，整个梦都在路上。

dreamt of china -- part two

In the next day I dreamt I was in a hotel room. I was packing my things into a suitcase and a bag. I was going to continue my journey with some friends. We planned our itinerary and someone mentioned Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong.

In this dream I did not see any food or fashion store. Aside from the hotel room, whole dreams spent on roads.

mèng jiàn zhōngguó

Wǒ yǐjīng liánxù liǎng tiān mèng jiàn qù zhōngguóle. Dì yī tiān wǎnshàng, wǒ hé wǒ péngyǒu mànbù shēnzhèn jiētóu, ránhòu wǒmen huí dào fàndiàn. Zài fàndiàn wǒ gǎnjǐn duǒ kāi, dāng wǒ kàn wǒ de jiārén, yīnwèi wǒ méiyǒu gàosu tāmen wǒ yào qù zhōngguó. Tóngshí wǒ yě hěn jīngyà kàn tāmen zài nàlǐ, tāmen yěxǔ mánzhe wǒ lái dàole zhōngguó.

Yúshì wǒ hé wǒ péngyǒu cōngcōng zǒuchū, lùguò mài yīfú hé xié de tānwèi, ránhòu zǒu jìn yījiā cāntīng. Wǒmen diǎnle gān guō (nǐ kěnéng yǐjīng cāi dàole :D). Dànshì wǒ túrán zài zhège jǐnyào guāntóu xǐng láile, wǒ hái méi kàn nàgè shíwù. :(

Zuìchū wǒ yǐwéi shì wǒ kěwàng gān guō diǎnránle zhè mèngxiǎng, dànshì děng wǒ gàosu nǐ wǒ dì èr wǎn de mèngxiǎng.

梦见中国

我已经连续两天梦见去中国了。第一天晚上，我和我朋友漫步深圳街头，然后我们回到饭店。在饭店我赶紧躲开，当我看我的家人，因为我没有告诉他们我要去中国。同时我也很惊讶看他们在那里，他们也许瞒着我来到了中国。

于是我和我朋友匆匆走出， 路过卖衣服和鞋的摊位， 然后走进一家餐厅。我们点了干锅（你可能已经猜到了:D）。但是我突然在这个紧要关头醒来了，我还没看那个食物。:(

最初我以为是我渴望干锅点燃了这梦想，但是等我告诉你我第二晚的梦想。

dreamt of china

I have been dreaming for two consecutive days of going to China. In the first night I dreamt that after my friend and I took a stroll around Shenzhen streets, we return to the hotel. At the hotel I quickly ducked when I saw my family, because I hadn't told them I had intended to go to China, and I was surprised to see them there, maybe they also had boarded a plane to China without telling me.

So my friend and I went back outside and hurried into a restaurant, passing by some people who sold clothes and shoes. We ordered -- you might have guessed -- dry pot! :D But before seeing the food, I woke up. :(

At first I thought my craving for dry pot creates this dream, but wait until I tell you my second dream.

niúròu gān guō

Zài Shēnzhèn de shíhou, yīgè péngyǒu jièshàole zhègè Sìchuān cài gěi wǒ. Zìcóng wǒ huí dào yìnní, wǒ yīzhí hěn xiǎng chī nàgè. Xiǎng sǐ wǒle, zài wǒ de chéngshì méiyǒu cāntīng tígōng gān guō. Dāng wǒ xúnzhǎo pèifāng de shíhou, wǒ fāxiàn, yǒu bùzhǐ yī zhǒng lèixíng de gān guō. Wǒ xiǎng zhǎo yīgè wǒ chīle yǒu niúròu, dàn méiyǒu gùtǐ zhīfáng de gān guō. Yěyǒu yángcōng, dàsuàn, máo cōng, hújiāo, lā, cǎoyào. Hái yǒu jiānguǒ.

Wǒ jìde gān guō dútè de wèidào. Shì yóu tèbié de hújiāo yǐnqǐ de wèidào, dàn wǒ bù zhīdào nàgè míngzì. :(

Wǒ xīwàng néng zàicì dào chī gān guō niúròu!

干锅牛肉

在深圳的时候，一个朋友介绍了这个四川菜给我。自从我回到印尼，我一直很想吃那个。想死我了，在我的城市没有餐厅提供干锅。当我寻找配方的时候，我发现，有不止一种类型的干锅。我想找一个我吃了有牛肉，但没有固体脂肪的干锅。也有洋葱，大蒜，毛葱，胡椒，拉，草药。还有坚果。

我记得干锅独特的味道。是由特别的胡椒引起的味道，但我不知道那个名字。 :(

我希望能再次到吃干锅牛肉！

beef dry pot

When I was in Shenzhen, a friend introduced this Sichuan food to me. I have been longing to eat it since I came back to Indonesia. Alas, there is no restaurant in my city that serves dry pot. When I look for the recipe I found out that there are more than one type of dry pot. The one I ate was using beef, with no solid fat. It has onion, garlic, shallot, some pepper, some chili, some herbs. It also has some nuts.

What I remembered was its distinct taste. It was caused by a special pepper I know not the name of. :(

I hope I can eat dry pot again soon!

zěnme huì yǒurén bù xǐhuan hélán zǎocān dàngāo?

Wǒ de qíngrén bù xǐhuan zǎocān dàngāo, jiùshì ròuguì kǒuwèi de hélán dàngāo. Jīntiān wǒmen qù yīgè gòuwù zhòng xīn. Gòuwù zhòng xīn de yángshēngqì zhèngzài bòfàng yī shǒu zhōngguó liúxíng gēqǔ. `Dì sān shì yǒu fùbù jīròu de nánrén.'

Tā náo wǒ yǎngyang zuòwéi bàofù. Tā gēnběn méiyǒu fù jī.

怎么会有人不喜欢荷兰早餐蛋糕？

我的情人不喜欢早餐蛋糕，就是肉桂口味的荷兰蛋糕。今天我们去一个购物中心。购物中心的扬声器 正在播放 一首中国流行歌曲。我的情人说，他不喜欢中国流行歌曲。我告诉他：「有三样东西我喜欢但是你不喜欢。」

「第一是荷兰早餐蛋糕，第二是中国流行歌曲。」

「第三是有腹部肌肉的男人。」

他挠我痒痒作为报复。他根本没有腹肌。

how can anyone hate ontbijtkoek?

My lover is not fond of ontbijtkoek, a cinnamon-flavored dutch cake. Today we went to a shopping mall and there was a Chinese pop song being played on the mall's speaker. He stated that he dislikes Chinese pop songs. I told him, "That makes three things that I like but you dislike."

"First is ontbijtkoek, second is Chinese pop songs."

"Third is men with muscular abdomen area."

He tickled me as a revenge. His abdomen was not muscular at all.

xīnniáng -- dì èr bùfèn

Xīnniáng yǒu liǎng gè hànzì. Dì yī hànzì shì 'xīn' ér dì èr hànzì shì 'niang'. Yuányīn shì jiéhūn hòu, tā chéngwéi xīn de nǚrén ma?

新娘 -- 第二部分

新娘有两个汉字。第一汉字是「新」而第二汉字是「娘」。原因是结婚后，她成为新的女人吗？

the bride -- part two

In Chinese language, bride is drawn using two characters. First character is new while second character is woman. Is it because after wedding, she becomes a new woman?

xīnniáng

Wǒ zǒng xiǎng kàn “shā sǐ bǐ'ěr” zhè bù diànyǐng, dàn wǒ méiyǒu yǒngqì kàn. Zhè bù jù yǐ tā de xuèxīng hé bàolì ér wénmíng. Rúguǒ wǒ kàn dào tài duō de xuè, wǒ jiù huì gǎndào tóuyūn hé ěxīn. Jìde yǒu yīcì wǒ bāng péngyǒu bāozā shǒuzhǐ (tā zài shǐyòng gōngjù shí gē shāngle shǒuzhǐ), chénggōng de bāng tā zhǐ zhùle xuè, dàn suíhòu wǒ jiù qù zhǎo yīxiē yǒu nóngyù xiāngwèi di yàocái lái wén, fángzhǐ zìjǐ yūn dǎo.

Jǐ tiān qián, lìng yīgè péngyǒu fā xìnxī gēn wǒ shuō, tā xiǎng yǒngyǒu xiàng “shā sǐ bǐ'ěr” lǐ dì nàgè xīnniáng nàyàng de shēncái, wǒ huídá tā shuō wǒ hái méiyǒu kàn nà bù diànyǐng.

新娘

我总想看《杀死比尔》这部电影，但我没有勇气看。这部剧以它的血腥和暴利而闻名。如果我看到太多的血，我就会感到头晕和恶心。记得有一次我帮朋友包扎手指（他在使用工具时割伤了手指），成功地帮他止住了血，但随后我就去找一些有浓郁香味的药材来闻，防止自己晕倒。

几天前，另一个朋友发信息跟我说，她想拥有像《杀死比尔》里的那个新娘那样的身材，我回答她说我还没有看那部电影。

the bride

I always want to watch Kill Bill, but never be able to bring myself to. It is a movie famous for its gore and violence. The thing is, if I see too much blood, I get dizzy and nauseous. Once I was putting a bandage on a friend's finger (he cut himself while using tools). I managed to stop the bleeding, but then I myself look for some strong scented medicine to keep myself from fainting.

Anyway, a few days ago another friend texted me that she wanted to have a body like The Bride's. The Bride is Kill Bill's main character. I replied I have never watched the movie.
